Goals

  • Analyzing prevailing organizational models and digital transformation processes;
  • Identifying the best practices in terms of organizational models and digital transformation with respect to the need for services and results obtained in the territory;
  • Creating a framework that could support a careful analysis of the needs of local health services, in terms of adoption of a specific organizational model and the adequate technical and technological equipment;
  • Setting an interdisciplinary network that could contribute to the creation of a permanent observatory to monitor and analyze the potential application of the framework and its results on local public health services.
